I am renting out a large bright furnished room in a two bedroom apartment. For one person only. The rental is short/long term. Kitchen and washroom are shared with another room mate. There is a partition in the living room where one more person will be staying. Hydro and internet included. Parking is available at additional cost.
The apartment is in the Yonge & Eglinton area, close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, 5 minutes walk to the subway. Safe and clean building. The neighborhood is one of the safest in Toronto, downtown area is reachable within 15 minutes on a subway.
I am looking for a roommate who is clean, not loud, respectful, friendly and easy-going. ID and personal information required, proof of employment. First and last month rent mandatory.
I am 33 years old employed female living with my 8 years old child.
