WE ARE LOOKING FOR DISPATCHER

Company who provides integrated and advanced security services to business looking for Dispatcher.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning of jobs and customer services.
- Answering phone calls (multi-line) and emails, handling clients requests such service calls, assigning tasks to the
technicians, keeping clients updated and following up.
- Learn the software used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries.
- Being the primary contact for all field technicians and customers as required.
- Responsible for mapping, planning, scheduling, dispatching technicians, following technician’s movements from
beginning to end to ensure efficient use of time and completion of work.
- Provide estimates for when technicians are on site and need to make changes to existing quotes or create a quote
- Confirms the details of a service call with the technician and updates the system and client accordingly.
- Look at Unscheduled jobs weekly and follow up with customers to schedule. Book and schedule technicians
- Schedule staff coverage to ensure the company's best operations standards
- Assist with creating and tracking special parts orders. ensure on time delivery of orders and Advise technician on
status. Confirm when deposit is received for special orders and advise Finance.
- An outgoing and positive attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Create estimates and follow-up on them.
Company located in Woodbridge (Martin grove & HWY 7)
Pay 17.20$ per hour for start.
